This is not your typical corn bread its much sweeter and has more moist to it. This is one of my favorite breads because its delicious and easy to make. In this picture I substituted flour for regular oatmeal oats.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups of corn kernels. It can be fresh of from the can. I like to save some time and use the can.
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter room temp preferably
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons all purpose flour if you like you can also substitute to regular oatmeal. That is what I did in this picture.
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
